Yeah Aaliyah is probably my fav "New School R&B Artist" so I had to make sure I did her track justice. To me, without her there wouldn't have been a Keri Hilson, Ciara, or maybe even a Beyonce. She was out in '92, initiating the whole female singer having swag movement. Destiny's Child didn't come out until like '97, and they came out with that same swag Aaliyah made cool to have. R.I.P. to her, and I'm glad y'all like my tribute. Keep the feed comin'

Beat goes good with the track, and the pella sounds smooth over it nice job. Although, I wouldn't really call Aaliyah a new school R&B artist. She will def. be missed though.

    Once again, nice track.

IDK in my opinion I see her as probably the first New School Artist. I think she innovated the style that today's new school artists follow. Her along with Timbland's production started a new wave of what we consider R&B music today. Glad y'all were feeling the track though, more are on the way =)
