New rules came into place requiring that automated digital service/product providers need to charge VAT (Value Added Tax) to all customers within the EU.

The VAT rate you should charge is the rate set by the customers location... for example, if you have a German customer charge the German VAT Rate, if you have a French customer charge the French VAT rate and then send the VAT to the correct countries.
