Thinking of Buying a Helio But I have some Questions

My T-mobile contract ends in July so i was thinking of buying a Helio Ocean But I have some Questions first.

1. Have a Nokia 5300 and it has a 1GB micro sd card in it and i wanted to know if i can use it in the Helio Ocean?
2. Can I Transfer my numbers from my Nokia 5300 to the Helio Ocean?
3. Can i still send ringtones and stuff from my Nokia 5300 to the Helio Ocean through bluetooth?
4. What network does helio use for calls(ex: T-Mobile, Cingular, Verizon, Sprint etc.)

I have a couple more questions so if someone could help me with this it wpuld be a big help.

does the Helio Ocean use a sim card ? if so u can cuz they sell this lil thing were u put your old simcard in the lil thing and it copys all your numbers and u just slide your new simcard in there and it saves it to it and im sure u can use your sd card cuz i think there all the same size @ lease the 1's i seen (do u plain on cuting off your t-mobile phone and then geting your new 1 ?) if so i dont kno if u can bluetooth and off phone never tryed it but i kno u can bluetooth any phone with bluetooth so u can send all your ringtones to your new phone or u can get a usb cable 4 your phone and see if u can save all your ringtones from your old phone to your pc and hook your new phone up to the usb and just put it on there (and u the usb cord im talken about is 4 phones)

You can buy a Bluetooth dongle for your computer and beam them from your phone to the computer the back from the computer to your phone.

This also works 4 other phones...Good work MaL :D

I got a cord for my phone to go into the computer to transfer my stuff. But im talking about like sendind and recieving something from other people.
