i voted redjack cuz his beat was well put together. it had a nice build up. i was honestly gonna go with track wreckaz cuz i was really feeling the sample but then it got all cluttered and that's what lost it for me. that beat would be dope with better direction tho.

Yea I gotta go wit RedJack that was krazy...and I like the way it ended wit that sound effect...Track Wreckaz I like the way u chopped the sample but the chops seem kinda off or as if they were in the way or somethin'. I didn't know we can use samples in the first round....I like the beat though, and I like the chops....but the two didn't mesh well together....so I lean towards RedJack!!

tracl wreck gotta say i was definatly feelin the way u was choppin them sample's up but kinda agree got a bit overwhelming and just needs some tweaking, and redjack damn this mofo was complete from the start, quality of the mixing was on point famo just an amazing beat from start to fin...gotta go with red on this battle, good job to both of u on the beats...peace!!!

Red takes this one for sure. Think if the chopping was done better this could have went in a different direction but it was kind of all over the place. Jack's beat was great stuff loved the way the bass was used in this beat and overall sounds like a drake type beat that turned out really good.

Great Battle Here but Ima have to go with RedJack. Was feeling his beat a bit more.
On another note.. I didn't know we could also use samples? Lol. That woulda made my life so much easier..Lmao.

Redjack for sure. Lots of layers, they all worked well together, and the drum samples were good quality. Trackwreckers had a good concept with the sample, chopped up nicely, good energy, but it was a bit repetitive and almost bordered on annoying. Also, I didn't like the choice of snare sample. Good job to both

Well, I feel that RedJack did have the better beat because Track Wreckaz went o.d. on the sample. Though, even if he had the better beat I wouldn't vote for him because no one has even noticed that this round is supposed to be COMPOSED beats only, not sampled.

Now on a constructive criticism note; TW I felt you had a good idea going into this battle though it is very busy and repetitive with the sample. Maybe if you considered toning it down and mixing it so it's not as harsh sounding it could of been better.

RedJack, I think you were playing it safe. Not to say your beat wasn't good, it was mixed well enough and wasn't a bad beat but I definitely think you played it safe. What I mean was it wasn't anything spectacular and sounds like you weren't even trying to go into this battle hard. The beat is pretty simple compared to some of your other work and I know you got some talent and I just felt like you didn't give it your all. I think your going to have to try harder after this round if you want to progress in the competition.

man i gotta agree that TW's beat just got too cluttered and went wayy too bananas, redjack got my vote was a lot clearer and is way more ready for vocals imo

We were allowed to use samples this round?! Damn lol. But anyway, RedJack got my vote. His beat was put together a little better. TW's beat was too cluttered. Try turning the sample's polyphony to 1. Maybe it'll clean it up a bit
