Bilshot - Someday (Prod. by Deviouz)

Emotional and Upbeat New Hip-Hop Single. Contains deep poetry. This song is for people with troubles in their lives, emphasizing that things can get better with a more open approach to your feelings in life. Instrumental produced by Deviouz. Written and performed by Bilshot. Enjoy. Peace.

Nice flow...For being a Brit, you definately sound more hood than a lot of UK MC's Ive heard. Definately more on the hiphop feel than UK grime. Vocals seem to spike a bit at times...What kind of mic are you using? Aside from that, track is good....Not the most original production, but it goes well with your vocals. big ups

Yeah nice1 fam, I'm Hip-Hop all the way, can't stand grime to be honest. I'm using an AKG Perception 120 USB with my Dr.Dre Beats Audio laptop, I record through Audacity as its free and good enough, I find my recordings are sounding crisp but sometimes too clean and naturally I have a loud rapping voice so maybe thats the spiking your talking about, Ideally I could do with learning or finding out some vocal effects that I could start incorporating on 2 my tracks -peace

Im not sure what you have at your dispense...but you could try to use some reverb designers....I hear you using some echo during the chorus but you could always try some more big room effects....Im not a pro with vocals but I have been forced to do a lot of cleaning up with a lot of acapellas I use to make blends...You could always record yourself with a limiter, then duplicate it and pan each copy of the vocals to left an right speakers...it might sound fuller over the beats...Your style is pretty tough...although you cant stand grime, I bet your vocals would be dope over some heavy shit...keep it up man, id like to hear more!

Mix seems to be off with the vocals coming in loud
    CHorus kind of cheesy
Verse is really good like the scheme lyrics bring some good content
Song is ok but could be better with a better mix
