I've been using the same stock synths on logic, i think exhausted every synth on there. What are some good plug-in synths that are similar or better than the popular keyboard synthesizers like the: Yamaha motif, Korg Triton, And Roland Phantom.

You should try out the Plug Sound plugs from Ultimate Sound Bank, then checkout Sample Tank 2 from IK Multimedia You can also just Google free VST instruments and find a host of free stuff to try (both Mac & PC), however, you have to download them and try them yourself to see if you like them. I use my Plug Sound and Sample Tank plugs a lot mixed with the hot sounds from Reasons! As a matter of fact the last 8 or so albums I produced were 98% all virtual instruments!! |
