How To Cure A Hangover

got drunk yesterday.
got a hang over.

if i get drunk again,how can i cure the hangover or somethin

lol first tyme drink eh? i drink but i neva get hangovers but i did my research and lemme sum it up to cure and prevent these (u betta click thanks AND the props button lol)

B4 You Drink make sure you prepare for the next day. you have to prepare for wat the alcohol is gonna do so its best to eat alot, drink alot (drinks not liquor preferably juice or water). food sops up sum of the alcohol so it all doesn't go into your bloodstream.

Pee before you go to sleep after drinking.

Here's the most IMPORTANT tip *another (BEFORE YOU GET DRUNK TIP)

Fix this in a blender the night before and drink as soon as you wake up:

1. Take 2 aspirins
2. Take 200mg cysteine (available at specialty food stores)
3. Take 600mg vitamin C
4. Take 1 tablet vitamin B-complex
5. Mix the following ingredients together in a blender:

* 1 banana
* 1 small can V-8
* 6 large strawberries
* 2 tablespoons honey
* 1 cup orange juice
* 1-2 cups milk (or soy milk), to desired consistency
* ¼ tsp. salt
* dash of nutmeg

6. Drink it all up.


and keep drinking like juice water or gatorade or sumthin all day

lol, I'm one of the lucky ones that don't get hangovers after a heavy night of drinking

Aight gotta school you young kidd, that may be something you got of a page but,
when i was spinning i always requested, 4 bottles of water and some seltzer

you get drunk cuz they aint enough oxygen going to your brain, like it normally would so you have to drink oxygen type stuff,

and deffenetly dont drink (* 1-2 cups milk (or soy milk)-try leaving that out, it will make you hurl

just like having too many cask and creamz (baileys cream)

and try not to mix beer with liqz

liquor and beer are my sleep aids, i start @ 10 and stop at 3

so take it from some1 that drinkz daily

After u been drinking eat some jack n the box which will soak up the alcohol and the next day u can drink milk which will coat ur stomach.

Look on the real, ha ha...oh man. A huge reason a hangover happens is due to dehydration. The alcohol replaces the water in your blood, which is why you urinate more frequently when drinking. Here are two solutions my friend:

1)The day OF the night you plan on drinking: drink water all damn day. a lot.

2) Drink a beer in the morning. A beer. not many.

I've never had a hangover in my life. Enjoy.

Drink 3ltrs of water and dont go to sleep straight away drunk. This works for a while until you get used to it like everything else. Im yet to find another cure. I F-cking hate hangovers.

#2 is wrong, the classic hair of the dog is bullshit and will only prolong your hang over, my experience is that a poweraid /gatoraid or two will do the trick, for every beer you drink try to drink some water afterwards, mixing liqueur and beer is asking for trouble but sometimes you can get away with it.

The best thing you can do to avoid a hangover is not drink, it's hypocritical of me to say that you should hold off on alcohol till you're older but i have the benefit of hindsight, my cousin and other people i know became alcoholics before they were even old enough to drink and it's destroying them, all because they started so young, we all overdid it and did it to excess because it was something we were not supposed to do, starting that young made it difficult to learn to drink the proper way with self control, for your sake i hope you choose to wait.

In the event you decide to drink anyhow you need to be responsible and make the right choices, for one, NEVER EVER under any circumstances get in the car with someone who has been drinking, i myself am guilty as fuck of doing that and looking back, it's a miracle there was never an accident, i know that when you have a little to drink it doesn't seem like a big deal so you should have a plan in place to avoid that temptation, if you think you will do some drinking then it's imperative that you make plans to STAY THE NIGHT where you are drinking.

If you drink, set limits and be sure that you know the signs of alcohol poisoning, if you think you or a friend need help then GET HELP, forget about getting busted and do what needs to be done to save your life or your friends life, it's better than the alternative.
