Could anyone good with Ebay help me out?

I was looking on Ebay to see how prices varied for a Rolan Fantom X6, a keyboard workstation. I don't use Ebay very often, but I've heard all about the stories of people selling Xbox Boxes to people when they thought they were getting the Xbox, and so on.

So, with that said, is there anyone who is familiar with ebay that could tell me if this sale is worth looking into?

The guy said he sells them through Ebay only and for $450. That's extremely low. So, I'm not sure if he has some type of deal because he lives in the UK or if he is trying to scam me or whatever...
